component of BootstrapVue.To rotate the icon by a specified number of degrees, we are going to use the rotate
prop. The positive value will rotate icons clockwise and the negative value with rotate icons anticlockwise.

Create FirstComponent.vue and import it into App.js
Create the new component in the src/components/
components folder. the component name is FirstComponent.vue
and imported into the App.js
